At Sommer Swim EU, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all hygiene seals and tags intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective liners are in place, and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
